Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice of white bread. You can add more or less, depending on your personal preference. Place the thinly sliced banana on 4 of the 8 slices of bread.
  2. Press one slice of bread with the bananas and slice of the bread without the bananas together, with the peanut butter sides facing each other. Press well, to make sure the slices stick together.
  3. Now, preheat your griddle or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Next, mix the well beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
  5. Put a small dollop of butter in your skillet, making sure to evenly coat the pan.
  6. Soak each of your French Toast Sandwiches in the egg mixture individually, then place them in the pan to cook. You will have to cook them in two batches, as you'll only be able to fit 2 sandwiches in the pan at a time. Cook the French Toast for about 3 minutes on each side. After about three minutes, flip over and cook for another 3 minutes, or until the French Toast is golden brown on both sides.
  7. Repeat with the last 2 sandwiches.
  8. Dust lightly with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
