Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place broccoli in 9x13 dish.
  2. In saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Add flour, oxo and salt; stir to form a smooth paste.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; bring to a boil.
  5. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
  6. Add cream cheese; stir until melted (if mixture seems too thick, add a small amount of hot, melted butter to thin).
  7. Add onions.
  8. Pour over broccoli.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  10. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
