Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Oil the sauce pan with half butter and half vegatable oil (i think its better for you, you dont have to) so that the bottom of the pan is coated evenly, put the stove top in between medium and hot heat.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and hotdog/sausage while the oil heats up (pour out any extra oil the sauce pan should be lightly covered)
  3. When oil becomes hot enough add the tumerik, tomatoes, hotdogs in a neat layer covering the bottom of the sauce pan. on top of that add the last remaining spices
  4. You can tell they are finished cooking when the tomatoes become soft
  5. After that add the eggs on top lower the tempature inbetween low and medium heat, then find the top of the sauce pan and cover. This is importand because you cant flip the eggs so you need some heat radiating off the top of the pan.
  6. Cook eggs to desired doneness
