Egg Nog Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 oz egg nog
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl add eggs and gently beat to break
  2. Them up. Next add sugar and salt and mix well. Add pumpkin and egg nog and mix
  3. Well. Next add cinnamon and vanilla and mix just until incorporated. Pour into
  4. Prepared pie shell and bake for 50-55 min or until center is set. Cool and serve
  5. With whipped topping.
