Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gallon egg nog
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Place one large scoop of ice cream into individual cups (martini glasses would always be fun too).
  2. Pour enough Egg Nog in each glass to cover the ice cream almost completely.
  3. Place one fresh mint leaf in each glass.
  4. Serve with a spoon and enjoy.
