Egg and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 8 -9 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cube cheeses and butter (the smaller the better).
  3. Place the cubes in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pyrex dish.
  4. Beat eggs with milk and the rest of the ingredients and pour mixture over the cheeses.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until just barely set.
