Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line the bottom of a 13x9 glass desert dish with graham crackers. (do not crush or press with butter)
  2. Mix one box of instant vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk( I used French Vanilla). Let set.
  3. Mix chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk let Set.
  4. Mix one bowl of cool whip in the vanilla pudding and one bowl of cool whip in the chocolate pudding.
  5. Use the vanilla pudding and spread over graham crackers.
  6. Now place another layer of graham crackers on top of vanilla pudding.
  7. Now spread the chocolate pudding mixed with cool whip on top of that layer of graham crackers.
  8. Now place another layer of graham crackers on top and spread fudge frosting over the top layer.
  9. I found it easier to put icing on the graham crackers then place on top of pudding covering the top then using the rest of the frosting to cover like icing a cake.
  10. Place in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. This recipe tastes a lot like an éclair.
