  1. In a glass bowl, whisk 1/2 cup boiling water and 3 tbsp cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sugar, coffee and liqueur until sugar dissolves. Place half of teh cake in the bottom of an 8 inch square dish, drizzling half the coffee mixture on top.
  2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixture on medium speed, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth, about 2 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl. Slowly add cream and beat until soft peaks form. spread half of the cream mixture evenly over cake and top with remaining cake slices. Drizzle remaining coffee mixtures then add remaining cream. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  3. Just before serving sift remaining cocoa on top.
