Easy Tiramisu for Two

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 (4 oz) packages prepared vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup thawed whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Crush wafers coarsely into 2 dessert dishes.
  2. Stir hot water into coffee granules; drizzle over wafers.
  3. Top each with contents of 1 pudding snack, whipped topping and cocoa powder.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
