Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag baby carrots (small bag)
  • 1 (19 oz) can progresso beef gravy, with vidalia onions

Directions:

  1. Wash carrots and place on the bottom of crockpot.
  2. Put London Broil on top of carrots.
  3. Pour brown gravy& Vidalia onions over it.
  4. Set crockpot temp to low.
  5. Cook for 5-6 hours.
  6. Wonderfully easy.
  7. Great taste.
  8. A cleaning tip: when you are ready for clean up, rinse out the crock, put dish detergent and water in the crock and set the temp on low for about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Makes washing a breeze!
