Easy Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup. milk
  • 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs with whisk.
  2. Mix in everything else.
  3. Heat 8 in. skillet.
  4. Pour in thin layer of batter and spread to edges.
  5. Cook until top appears dry, flip and cook another 2 min. or until golden.
  6. Serve with butter and jam or syrup or fruit.
