Easy Smothered Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat
  3. Place pounded chicken breasts on flat surface.
  4. Sprinkle one side of each with some of the seasoning.
  5. When oil is hot, place chicken, seasoned side down, in pan.
  6. Sprinkle some more seasoning on top of chicken.
  7. Brown lightly on both sides.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and place in oven.
  9. In same pan, saute peppers/mushrooms until softened.
  10. Sprinkle remaining seasoning on vegetables.
  11. Stir.
  12. Pour tomato sauce over and simmer until hot.
  13. Remove chicken from oven and divide vegetable mixture over meat.
  14. Serve hot.
