Easy Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sautee onion in butter in sauce pan over med heat
  2. Stir all other ingrediants except shrimp and cheese into pan
  3. Bring to a low boil
  4. Add shrimp and cheese and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. If soup is not thick enough add instant potato flakes gradually until desired thickness is achieved.
  6. YUM!!
  7. (you may also use clams, scallops or oysters my favorite is shrimp!!)
