Easy RED, WHITE and BLUEberry Shortcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) can ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz containers cool whip
  • 2 cups blueberries

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits and dip top and sides of each into melted butter and then sugar.
  3. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool slightly and split biscuits.
  5. Layer bottoms of biscuits with whipped cream and berries and replace top.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
