Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put warm water in large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle yeast on top of water and mix well.
  4. Add 2 cups of all purpose flour and mix well.
  5. Flour large board and hands.
  6. Knead dough slowly incorporating additional cup of flour.
  7. Spread dough in pizza pan which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray(I use Olive Oil spray).
  8. Add sauce, toppings and cheese of choice.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese has melted.
