Directions:

  1. Empty can of peaches into 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Add beaten egg and cut into flour mixture. The majority of the flour mixture will look “crumby.”.
  3. Spread flour mixture, evenly, over top of peaches.
  4. Pour melted butter on top of flour mixture.
  5. Bake in pre-heated 350 f degree oven for about an hour, or until crust is golden brown.
