Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2-1 cup oleo
  • 1 (14 oz) can milnot condensed milk (or 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk, plus 1 cup brown sugar)
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased & floured 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. While baking, make icing.
  4. Cook icing ingredients until thick & pour over cake while HOT.
