Easy Orange Couscous

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g couscous
  • 40 g sultanas
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 30 g butter

Directions:

  1. Bring orange, cinnamon and oil to the boil.
  2. Add the couscous and sultanas.
  3. Remove from the heat and leave for 3 minutes with the lid firmly on.
  4. Stir in the butter.
