Easy Incredible Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated gingerroot
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 orange
  • 4 salmon fillets

Directions:

  1. Squeeze out the juice of 1/4 of an orange into a bowl.
  2. Add in rest of ingredients and mix.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a bag and marinate for 24 hours.
  4. Fry salmon with oil in frying pan for about 5 minutes per side, or until flakes easily.
  5. Enjoy!
