Easy Grilled Tilapia Fillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 tilapia fillet
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 lemon slice

Directions:

  1. Place lemon slice on a foil square.
  2. Cut garlic clove in half and rub both sides of fillet, place clove on foil.
  3. Place fillet on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place ice cube on top of fillet. Fold foil into packet.
  5. Grill for approximately 10-15 minutes on medium-high heat.
  6. Carefully open packet and serve.
