  2. Add large, finely chopped onion.
  3. Add can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Stir through vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and a handful of crushed potato chips.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven until bubbling, about 30 mins.
