Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour couscous in a bowl. mix stock,curry,salt,pepper,oil and raisins in a saucepan and bring to a boil; remove from heat,pour boiling liquid over couscous. seal the bowl with plastic wrap an let sit for 10 minutes. fluff couscous with a fork and top with almonds and cilantro.
