Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 3/4-1 1/2 lb pork chop
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can campbell's french onion soup
  • 1 cup minute rice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Quarter each pork chop.
  2. Place meat in crock pot.
  3. Pour soup over meat.
  4. Set crock pot on low or medium.
  5. Let cook for at least four hours.
  6. Optional rice side dish: Five minutes before dinner time, ladle out 1 cup soup from crock pot.
  7. If there isn't enough soup, add water to make 1 cup.
  8. Use this liquid to prepare rice according to directions on box.
