Easy Cool Whip Cake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box of any flavor cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container cool whip
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the cake mix, egg and cool whip together until the batter is smooth. It will be a very sticky batter.
  3. Spoon amount into bowl of powder sugar coating evenly.
  4. Place on an ungreased cookie tray.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Ovens may vary and cookies may look slightly moist on top, the bottoms will be a slight golden brown.
