Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1-1/4 cup of sugar or splenda
  • 1-1/2 cups of cherry pie filing (i use the can sweetened with splenda
  • 1 stick of melted butter

Directions:

  1. Melt 1 stick on butter in your baking dish. I use the microwave oven to melt mine
  2. Mix the flour, milk, and sugar or Splenda well
  3. Pour ingredience into the baking dish on top of the melted butter
  4. Add fruit on top
  5. Do not stir
  6. Put into a 350 degree preheated oven
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top
  8. Serve with ice cream or cool whip
