Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To make the dough, you add the flour, milk, and sugar together. My mom adds about an extra 1/2 a cup of sugar to make the dough sweeter and it's fantastic. So add the ingredients together and kneed the dough for about 10-15 min then leave for about 30. Make sure to cover it.
  2. Mix all of the meat together except the eggs and the barbecued pork. Once you are done make about spoonful sized balls and set them aside.
  3. Grab about a handful of dough and roll it out into a nice circle. Take one of the balls of meat and add an egg and add some of the pork on top then place in the center of the dough. Wrap the meat into the dough and place on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Steam for about 20 min.
  5. P.S. These buns freeze quite nicely if you want some for later.
