Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb of boneless , skinless chicken (breast works great but thighs are cheaper)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cups of water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and/or garlic powder to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil the water in a large pot
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Add salt & garlic powder, if desired
  4. Chop up the chicken and add to pot
  5. Break spaghetti noodles in half and add to pot
  6. Stir
  7. Let simmer over medium heat for 35-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
