Easy Ceasar Salad

Ingredients:

  • chopped or torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 heaping tsp dijon style nayonaise or soy mayo and good mustard
  • 1-3 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix dijon nayonaise and 1-3 tsp water until a thin dressing is formed
  2. Toss chopped lettuce and dressing in bowl
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the top of the salad and serve
