Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Throw the garlic into a mini food process and turn on until all the garlic is minced. It will stick to the sides when it's done.
  2. Add the vinegar, mustard and mayo. Turn on the processor and slowly add 1/2c to 1 c of olive oil. (how much depends on how thick you want the dressing)
  3. Once oil is mixed in add the lemon juice and black pepper and pulse till combined.
