Easy Cabbage and Kielbasa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Swirl a small amount of olive oil into a large skillet.
  2. Slice or dice kielbasa into bite size pieces.
  3. Add kielbasa, onion, garlic and carrots to oil.
  4. When kielbasa starts to brown, add cabbage to skillet.
  5. When cabbage starts to caramelize, add red pepper flakes.
  6. If desired, top with a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Easy and can be adapted to your family's taste. Sometimes we add more kielbasa or carrots.
