Easy But Delicious Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp of fresh or frozen parsley
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • 2 tsp of e.v.o

Directions:

  1. Take 2 seprate bowls.Split each listed quantity of a ingridient and split it in half among the 2 bowls
  2. Heat a Non stick pan on the stove top
  3. Pour one bowl in and wait about45 seconds or until it thickens up
  4. Stir slowly until as done as you want it
  5. Do the same with the other bowl
  6. (Suggestions) add a little bacon if you wish or put on a plate of lettuce with rice
