  3. Heat oil over medium low heat until hot
  4. Add garlic cook 1-2 minutes or until it just begins to soften
  5. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until well mixed
  6. Spread garlic mixture evenly over chicken
  7. Bake at 500 for 15 minutes or so
