Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray large baking dish with Pam
  2. Put fillet in pan, Salt and pepper lightly. Season with dill and parsley. Spread mayonnaise over fillet. Place onion slices on top and squeeze fresh lemon over top.
  3. Pour your favorite wine in the bottom of the pan and cover.
  4. Bake at 350 For approximately 20-30 minutes or until salmon flakes.
