Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Press one roll of cookie dough into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Spread pie filling over cookie dough.
  4. Break off pieces of remaing roll of dough and scater over filling. You will use about 1./2 a roll for this.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Note: I usually buy 3 rolls of dough and make a double batch.
