  1. Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices.
  2. Arrange cookie slices slightly overlapping on a 14 inch round pizza pan (spray with Pam first).
  3. Press edges to seal.
  4. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Once cookie is cool, spread cream cheese mixture on cookie.
  9. Top decoratively with fruit.
  10. Oh, and make sure your cookie dough is cold when you slice it and press it into the pan-makes it easier to work with.
