Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel garlic and place in boiling water (don't dice it!), don't bother to time, when you are done with the next steps it will be ready.
  2. Place cream cheese in bowl and microwave 30 seconds.
  3. Add olive oil and pepper (I like it with lots of pepper, you can also trade that for other spicy condiments).
  4. Take the garlic out of the water and place in a flat surface, a board will do, then CRUSH with a fork.
  5. Add garlic to the mix.
  6. Serve and enjoy ;).
