Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in microwave.
  2. Brush on both sides of each of the bread.
  3. Brown bread on both sides in skillet until lightly browned.
  4. Remove and place bread on serving plates.
  5. In skillet brown sausage, onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms until meat is cooked completely(about 3 to 4minutes)
  6. Stir in eggs and cook over med high heat while stirring well until eggs are cooked(about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes)
  7. Stir in black olives, cream cheese, and butter.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Divide mixture even and spoon over bread.
  10. Top with green onions if desired.
