Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups irish whiskey
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk mates chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Keep refrigerated and shake before pouring.
  3. Store refrigerated for up to one month.
  4. Makes about 4 cups.
  5. *Use only clean, uncracked eggs.
