Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp lemon peel or 1/8 tsp nutmet

Directions:

  1. Place butter in a 10 round baking dish and heat at 425 deg
  2. Until butter is melted.
  3. Blend ingredients and pour into hot pan.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
