Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs and flour until smooth.
  2. Mix in milk in two additions, lightly beat in melted butter and salt.
  3. Put a slice or two of butter in the pan and put the pan in the oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Bake at 400 for 10 min; reduce heat to 350 and bake for 5 minutes.
