Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Whip eggs and milk together.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
  3. Grease a griddle or frying pan.
  4. Drop on 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
  5. Brown.
