Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, finely chop dates, figs, prunes/apricots and raisins.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix chopped fruit with nuts and seeds.
  3. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Shape into 1/2-1 balls.
  5. Roll in coconut.
  6. Dry in your dehydrator at 135º for 4 to 6 hours, or until crisp on the outside.
