  1. Combine honey, flour, milk, and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir well. Remove from heat.
  2. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cover and chill.
