Downeast Lobster Roll

  1. Mix mayo and lobster, S& P to taste.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Split and butter roll.
  4. Grill roll in a fry pan until until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add a bed of lettuce to roll and top with lobster salad.
  7. Eat immediately while roll is still warm.
  8. Serve with thick slices of tomato and a half dozen olives on the side.
