Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ~TOPPING~
  2. Combine brown sugar with water, cocoa and butter in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min
  4. Cool slightly
  5. ~PUDDING~
  6. Preheat oven to 350F
  7. Grease ten 1/2 cup custard cups or ramekins and place on baking sheet
  8. Stir flour with baking powder and salt
  9. Set aside
  10. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy
  11. Beat in eggs
  12. Blend flour into butter mixture in 3 additions, alternating with milk and scraping the side of the bowl as needed.
  13. Fold in chopped chocolate
  14. Divide batter among the prepared dishes
  15. Divide topping over batter (topping will sink when put in oven)
  16. Bake for 25 minutes or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
  17. Cool slightly; turn out onto plates
  18. Makes 10 servings
