Dilly Harvest Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatos
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp milk or cream

Directions:

  1. Peel and shred carrots and potatos
  2. Squeeze potatos and discard liquid
  3. Toss potatos ,carrots, onion. put in a smallish buttered dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill.
  5. Dot the top with butter, pushing some down into mixture.
  6. Drizzle milk over
  7. Bake 1 hour at 350.
  8. Cover with foil if dish starts to get too brown
