Directions:

  1. Blend mustard, margarine and garlic, stirring well
  2. Mix parsley, parmesan and crumbs, blending well
  3. Dip chicken breast in margarine mixture, coating all surfaces
  4. Then dip in crumb mixture, patting crumbs into chicken to coat well
  5. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour; do not overbake
