Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up your meat.
  2. Put it into the crockpot.
  3. Drain half the red and half the black beans and toss them in with the other cans.
  4. Add the onions, peppers, garlic and tomatoes-give a good stir.
  5. Now add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  6. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  7. Serve with hot corn bread.
