Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks with dry mustard in the top of a double boiler until blended.
  2. Add vinegar gradually, beating after each addition.
  3. Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
  4. Add milk gradually, beating in with a fork or wire whip.
  5. Cook 5 more minutes over simmering water.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let cool 10 minutes.
  8. Add remaining ingredients, blend well.
