Ingredients:

  • seasoning
  • 1 pinch dry mustard
  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks, together with the vinegar, seasoning and mustard for about 30-40 seconds. While beating add the olive oil in a constant stream until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Serve chilled.
